What to expect

A private party space in Innovative Fitness.

Gather everyone up: your co-workers, best friends, bridesmaids, or favorite pals for a night of flips, dips, and super cool tricks. Enjoy a private studio experience tailored to your group’s theme and vibe.

Our 60-minute studio parties each start with a warm up that leads into the basic skills of the art. You’ll learn a simple routine that is fun, impressive, and Insta worthy. No nerves or experience needed: your instructor will break down each step.

  • Pole Fitness

    Option A: Party! Party with this fast paced celebration. You and your guests will learn how to skillfully work the pole with a variety of hot pole spins.

    Option B: Slow and Seductive is the name of this game. Learn how to seductively move your body with flirty floor tricks, hair tosses, body rolls and more.

    Option C: Sassy, But Still Classy! This is the perfect level of naughty and nice … we keep it light and fun!

  • Chair Fitness

    Chair tricks, head rolls, tantalizing moves. Learn chair and floor movements that will have you and your guests feeling hotter than ever! Think Taylor Swift…

  • Aerial Hammock

    This unique class will be a new experience for most. You’ll get in some deep relaxing stretches, but you’ll also learn how to do twists, turns and flips while suspended from the ceiling in our aerial hammocks.

  • Yoga

    Our yoga parties offer a relaxing journey that is good for the body and mind. Our yoga provides all of the essentials that you’ll need for a tranquil experience.

  • Zumba

    Groove to the beat and try to keep up! These upbeat jams will loosen you up until your body vibes with moves!

Belly Dance, or a combination of activities, is also available. Tell us what your group has in mind when you send your request.
